Returns & Refunds

We offer a simple 48‑hour return window from the time your order is delivered. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please raise a return request within 48 hours by emailing us at [your support email] with photos and your order ID.

To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact. Once the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the return address, depending on your pincode. After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 working days.

Please note: certain items (such as hygiene products, innerwear, or items marked ‘non‑returnable’) are not eligible for return. Returns raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.”

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your city and pincode. You will receive an SMS / email with tracking details once your order is shipped. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be delayed due to holidays, strikes, or unforeseeable events. If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us with your order ID and we will assist you.
